Helpful Tips for Parents & Students:

• Annually update your child's information in your Campus Parent Portal 
• The clinic does not provide Tylenol, Advil, or Allergy medications for your student.  Parents must send these medicines to the clinic with a signed medication authorization form or a self carry of non prescription medicines form. These forms are embedded within the online registration tool for new students or available upon request for returning students.
